The founder of the firm, David B. Epstein, has practiced real estate, mortgage and business law for over 35 years. The firm represents both lenders and borrowers in all forms of mortgage, title and real estate matters. Of special interest and expertise is the firms extensive experience in the Dodd-Frank financial reform laws, including especially application of the statutes, regulations and rules implemented by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. This expertise has served lenders and borrowers, whether the mortgage loan is a consumer financial transaction or a commercial or business purpose transaction. The firm has also represented parties to a wide range of business transaction. David Epstein is particularly proud of the firm’s extensive litigation experience in which all clients, whether corporations, which have included major lending institution, or individuals, including single family homeowners, are treated with equal importance and represented with the same intensity and are aggressively represented to the full extent of the law.
